Remind Text Messaging

TRIO/ETS uses a service called Remind to manage our text message communications with students and their families.  While the bulk of our communications will come through email, we will occasionally send reminders or last-minute opening for events through text message.  We have a separate group for students and one for parents -- you can find more information about joining each group below.

All messages are monitored through Remind, and any troubling issues are reported directly and quickly to TRIO staff members.  This service allows us to communicate with TRIO participants without anyone messaging personal cell phones directly, which a safeguard meant to protect everyone involved.  Parents/guardians, if you have questions or concerns about your children participating in this service, please don't hesitate to reach out and let us know.
